SSI & PADI. What's the difference? |

A lot of people ask us what the difference is between SSI & PADI. Not much, in fact as an entry level student you'll receive the same amount of classroom lectures, pool training and open water dives. The price difference is due to the PADI material, which each student have to buy, with SSI we will provide teaching material for the duration of the course. With SSI you will be presented with a certificate that - like PADI's - is recognized world wide, but the SSI office here on Koh Tao will print the card the same day you finish the course.
